What a great reminder of Who our confidence should be in (God and not us)! (See blog post below.) Our confidence is in our God who does have the power to deliver us from any situation and circumstance in life. May we never forget that no matter how long the trial takes. In His timing and His way He will deliver us. When we are finding that hard to believe in the midst of the battle, just turn to the Psalms and you will find comfort there.
And, remember to “Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said, ‘Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you’ ” (Heb. 13:5).
